What should I bring to class?

We provide all props! We highly suggest bringing a mat cover/ personal towel and a water to class. If you prefer to bring your own ankle weights, you can bring those as well. We have a water station in our check-in area for re-fills!

If you prefer your mat to a Stakt Mat Pro, you are more than welcome to bring!

If you are taking SWEAT78, we ask that you please bring sneakers or sticky stocks for ankle stability.

When does booking open?

For direct booking, our booking window opens 15 days prior to a given class start time for All Access Unlimited Memberships, 14 days prior for studio specific Unlimited Memberships, and 10 days prior for credit package holders. Classpass users can book 7 days out (system default).

How early should I arrive?

New clients must arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can have you sign our waiver, check you in and give you the quick tour of our studio space!

We highly suggest returning clients arrive 5-10 minutes before class start time so you can grab the props needed for class and settle into your space.

We have a 5 minute grace period. Class doors will be locked 5 minutes into class. Please make sure to see your instructor if you arrive right at start or late to ensure that you are not marked as a no show.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a strict 6 hour cancellation window. If you can no longer attend class, please cancel your reservation at least 6 hours in advance to avoid a late cancel fee of $15 and to open the spot for someone else.

Switching to a different class within 6 hours of your originally reserved class is considered a late cancel, and the $15 fee still applies.

All reservations can be managed (client and guest) on the upcoming reservations page via your account.

Do class packs expire?

Yes, class packs expire. All expiration dates are outlined within the purchase agreement at checkout.

How does the waitlist work?

Adding yourself to the waitlist means you're committing to attend class if a spot opens up. You can be automatically added to the class roster up to 1 hour before class starts. This means you can be added to class in the middle of the night.

Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you can no longer attend or don't want to be added in the middle of the night. No-shows will be charged a $30 penalty fee.

If class is still fully booked right before the start time, please only show up if you are #1 or #2 on the waitlist.

Are all of your instructors Pilates certified?

Yes! All of our instructors that teach our STUDIO78 CLASSIC format are Mat Pilates Certified.

Our instructors that teach our hybrid formats, STRENGTH78, SCULPT78 and SWEAT78, come from a variety of background including Barre, Yoga Sculpt, Pilates, Personal Training, Yoga and more.

What is your cancellation policy for memberships?

Our front desk staff must be given 7 days notice to frontdesk@studio78boston.com to cancel a membership. Memberships must have surpassed the commitment window agreed upon at contract signing to cancel.

Can I bring my phone into class?

Please silence your phone before class begins. If you're expecting an important call or message, prop the studio door open and step outside to take it. You're welcome to rejoin the class when you're done.

If you are recording in class, we kindly ask that you book a mat in the back row and avoid getting other attendees in your frame.

Please avoid texting in the studio until the cool-down is complete.

Do you allow for membership pauses?

Yes! We allow members to pause up to one month per year. Please email frontdesk@studio78boston.com at least 3 days prior to your desired pause date.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We offer 10% off for student, healthcare, military, and teachers.

Please email frontdesk@studio78boston.com with a valid ID/badge so we can apply the discount tag to your account. Discounts can not be stacked on top of promotions or sales.

How does the Studio78 Loyalty Program work?

The Studio78 Loyalty Program rewards clients for attending classes and engaging with the Studio78 community. By enrolling in the program, members agree to the following terms and conditions.

Earning Points

    •    Members will earn 3 loyalty points per class reservation attended.

    •    Points are awarded only for completed class attendance.

    •    Late cancels, no-shows, waitlist spots not attended, complimentary events, workshops, or select promotional classes may not qualify for points at Studio78’s discretion.

    •    Points have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.

Studio78 Legend | 900 Points

    •    $250 account credit

    •    Three (3) class credits for the member or guests

    •    Exclusive Studio78 Legend merchandise gift

    •    Guest/class credits expire one (1) year from issue date

Reward Redemption

    •    Account credits may only be used toward eligible Studio78 purchases and services.

    •    Retail discounts apply only to eligible Studio78 branded merchandise and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

    •    Rewards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash.

    •    Studio78 reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value if necessary.

Annual Reset

    •    Loyalty status and points reset annually.

    •    Unused points do not roll over into the following year.

    •    Expired rewards, credits, or points will not be reinstated.

Program Changes & Termination

Studio78 reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the loyalty program, point structure, tier requirements, rewards, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of program policies may result in removal from the loyalty program and forfeiture of earned points and rewards.
