Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Studio78 by Hailey Hoffman LLC (“Studio78,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our studio, services, classes, and website (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

To participate in any classes, workshops, or other services provided by Studio78, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. By attending any of our classes, you affirm that you are physically able to participate and that you will not hold Studio78 or its instructors liable for any injuries resulting from your participation.

3. Reservations & Cancellations

- Class Reservations: All class direct reservations must be made through our online booking system, either via our booking platform, Union. We recommend reserving your spot in advance, as classes may fill up quickly! Booking for direct customers opens up 2 weeks prior to class.

- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your class reservation up to 12 hours before the class start time without penalty. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will incur a $12 late cancellation fee. Class registrations can be canceled at any point on your “my account” page on union. Select reservations from there.

- Late Arrivals: Class doors are locked 5 minutes into class at the latest. It is important you are there at the start of class to ensure your body is safely warmed up. We understand things happen - kindly shoot us an email if something happens on the way to studio. If there is a waitlist, your spot will be given away to a waitlist client that’s waiting at the start of class.

- No Shows: Failure to attend a class without prior cancellation will result in a $26 or the loss of the class credit. No exceptions, unless you were in class and forgot to check in.

4. Pricing & Payment

- Class Packages & Membership: Studio78 offers various class packages, memberships, and other services. Prices for these packages are subject to change and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Membership fees are billed either on a monthly or annual basis, as specified at the time of purchase.

-Payment: Payments for all services must be made through our booking platform, Union. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as outlined on our website.

- Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. However, Studio78 may offer credit for unused services in special circumstances, such as medical emergencies, at our discretion.

5. Health & Safety

- Physical Condition: You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically capable of participating in Pilates classes. It is recommended that you consult with a physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.

- Health Disclosure: You must inform us of any injuries, health conditions, or physical limitations prior to participating in any class. This includes but is not limited to pregnancy, joint issues, or any serious medical conditions.

- Liability Waiver: By participating in any class or service at Studio78, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with physical exercise. You agree to waive any claims against Studio78, its instructors, and affiliates for injuries or damages incurred during your participation.

6. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment for all participants. While attending our studio, you agree to the following:

- Respect for Others: Treat all instructors, clients, and staff with kindness and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

- Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your classes. We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins to ensure proper preparation and warm-up. Entry will not be permitted after 5 minutes from class start time.

- Personal Items: Studio78 is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Please store personal belongings in designated areas.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, social media pages, and in our studio, including but not limited to videos, images, logos, trademarks, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Studio78 and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments to Terms

Studio78 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after any modifications will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

Studio78 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in inappropriate behavior, or failed to comply with any policies or guidelines set by the studio.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Massachusetts.
